Pesapuu 

50 ml tequila 
50 ml grapefruit juice 
150 ml soda water 
squeeze of fresh lime 
1 grapefruit slice 
1 sprig fresh rosemary
 ice cubes 

Fill a large balloon glass with plenty of ice. Add the tequila and grapefruit juice to the glass. Pour over the soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.

 45 ml cold brew coffee concentrate 
30 ml bourbon 
15 ml coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa) 
75-100 ml club soda 
7 ml freshly squeezed orange juice 
1 slice orange 

Fill a glass halfway with ice. Add the cold-brew coffee concentrate, bourbon, coffee liqueur, club soda, and orange juice. Stir to combine. Garnish with an orange slice.

30 ml berry flavored vodka 
100 ml chilled champagne 
40 ml Pomegranate juice (cranberry will work in a pinch) 
Fresh raspberries for garnish 

Add the vodka and pomegranate or cranberry juice to a chilled Champagne flute. Top with the Champagne. Garnish with raspberries on a long skewer.

3 fresh Cherry tomato (fresh) 
45 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum 
6 fresh Basil leaves 
10 ml Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1) 
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) 
5 ml Olive brine (from jarred olives)

Muddle tomato in base of shaker. Add other ingredients. Shake with ice. Fine strain into chilled glass.

115 ml white wine 
115 ml sparkling water 
4 mint lives 
juice of ½ lime 
4 drops stevia (optional) 

Gently muddle the mint leaves with stevia and lime juice. Add wine and seltzer Mix well. Enjoy!
